Passover

Happy Passover! We had an adorable seder at Averie's school. She made an adorable seder plate, haggadah, and cup for elijah that we used for our seder at home. This year Go, Goma and Popsie joined us for our seder and Averie found the afikomen. It is very cute to see her get excited about the jewish holidays and traditions that we enjoy as a family.

Averie's 3rd birthday

Averie had lots of birthday celebrations this year. We started them off with a family birthday party in CT on her actual 3rd birthday. She helped make and decorate her own chocolate cake. She chose to make chocolate cupcakes at school with her friends and they all enjoyed decorating them with pink frosting and eating the frosting off. We saved the best for last, a mickey mouse clubhouse birthday party at the house with special guest Minnie Mouse! Ever since we met Minnie in April, Averie has been asking if Minnie was coming to her party and was so excited. We had decorate your own mickey mouse shaped cookies, mickey mouse clubhouse coloring and a lot of 3 year olds running around. It was a lot for Averie to take in but afterwards said she had a blast.
